Ballyhalbert is a small village on the Ards Peninsula between Ballywalter and Portavogie, just 27 miles from Belfast. Burr Point, just outside the village is the most easterly point in Northern Ireland which can be easily found near to the harbour by the large bronze 'E' monument. The actual easterly point is further along the coast beyond the harbour.
